Liquid refreshment inspired by the cruise lines
The Cruise Lines may not be sailing right now, but I’d be willing to bet that we all could use a little bit of liquid refreshment inspired by some of the most popular bars on the high seas! Here’s your challenge: Try them both and let me know which one wins!
Princess Punch from Princess Cruises
Ingredients:
- 11 oz. Absolut Elyx Vodka
- 1 oz. St. George
- Raspberry liqueur
- 5 oz. lime juice
- 5 oz. simple syrup
- 2 cans ginger beer
- Pineapple and orange wheels for garnish
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except for garnish to punch bowl with ice and stir
- Garnish with pineapple and orange wheels
Quick Fix from the Carnival Cruise Line Alchemy Bar
Ingredients:
- 0.5 oz. Skyy Vodka
- 0.5 oz. Bombay Gin
- 0.5 oz. Bacardi Rum
- 0.5 oz. Midori Liqueur
- .25 oz. Pernod Absinthe
- .25 oz. Sprite
